It currently is my goal to bring marine fish species and higher order taxa articles, particularly Perciformes, up to a high quality standard on Wikipedia, utilizing primary sources as references. I am aiming to standardize most articles to include up-to-date information on taxonomy, phylogenetics, morphology, biogeography, ecology and fisheries status, as well as other useful information.
I award you the Original Barnstar for all your work writing marine articles, especially the rainbow runner earlier today. Your contributions are fantastic! Cheers, Daniel 09:51, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
Awarded to Kare Kare, for your tireless efforts documenting marine fish—more than 25 of which have now been featured on the Main Page. You've almost done the whole ocean, right? Congratulations on the milestone and thank you for your efforts! --JayHenry (talk) 18:14, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
