Ivan Pavlovich Lysiak-Rudnytsky (Ukrainian: Іва́н Па́влович Лисяк-Рудницький; 27 October 1919 - 25 April 1984) was a Ukrainian Canadian professor, historian and political scientist. He was one of the founders of the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies and served as an associate director from 1976 to 1980. His works greatly influenced his colleagues and the study of Ukrainian history.[1]
Biography
[edit]The son of Ukrainian political activists Pavlo Lysiak and Milena Rudnytska, Lysiak-Rudnytsky was born in Vienna in 1919.
