Before they are uploaded, the image files should be batch-renamed, with the event name ("WTN"), the team name, and a number signifying the order of the team's photographs in the filename. The number should be in the form of "001" rather than "1". Example: "WTN EVula 001.jpg".
When the image is being uploaded, use the following templates for the image description:
{{WTN|teamname|pd or cc}}
{{WTNtag|location#}} (not necessary for index card images)
...and leave the license blank (it is specified by the WTN template above)
