Biography
[edit]Iqbal Nayak is born in Mirpur Khas to Punjabi and Sindhi parents during a family trip on 6 July 1995. His father, Ajmal Nayak, was a computer engineer working for the Inter-Services Public Relations, the PR wing of the Pakistani Armed Forces, and his mother, Hamida Charan, was a secondary school teacher based in Karachi. He is the only child. Iqbal spent much of his childhood in Karachi where he excelled in both maths and sciences. At the same time, he became increasingly interested in his father's work. By the age of 11, he was assembling his own computers and building his own circuitry using his father's tools. In the spring of 2008, his family sent Iqbal to Bradford, England to live with his aunt, due to safety concerns that Ajmal's deteriorating relationship with his employers will put an emotional burden on Iqbal.
Iqbal attended the University of Bradford in 2013 where he met his girlfriend, and future wife, Nita. During his three-year course in computer engineering, his parents emigrated to Saint Titus and Cyril, where Ajmal took over the operations of a small electronics store in Haxtowe ward, Draketown where he would buy it over in 2015. Upon graduating, Iqbal joined his father in running the store. In 2016, Iqbal successfully won a government tender to develop a mobile app for the Saint Titus and Cyril Tourism Agency. The app, 360Tits, was a success, with an average user rating of 4.5/5.0 stars. In 2017, he joined GerVal Sports Centre initially as a paying club member, before being noticed by its CEO, Gervas, who would hire the python as the sport centre's assistant system administrator. He would become main system administrator in 2019, after the departure of his predecessor.
In January 2020, after a long religious dispute between their families (as Nita is Syrian Orthodox), Iqbal married Nita. As part of their honeymoon, the two took an unusual trip to the Amazonian rainforest in Colombia and Ecuador.
Personal life
[edit]Iqbal lives together with his wife, Nita, in a semi-detached house in Cobble Point, an eastern ward of Draketown city. He is an active amateur cricket and hockey player, frequently playing at the GerVal club cricket field. He speaks four languages fluently: English, Urdu, Punjabi and Sindhi. Iqbal is a non-practising Muslim. He is especially close to Kedran and Izri whom he frequently hangs out with.
Iqbal is known for his comedy, wit and ambitiousness. Honest and confrontational, he rarely hides his feelings and grievances to his family and friends. In times of need, Iqbal is exceedingly charitable and helpful, sometimes placing a the needs of others over himself.
