Kai David Young is a British student and equality advocate, known for his work in educational technology and LGBTQ+ advocacy. He currently combines his A-Level studies with part-time work supporting disabled individuals at Watford Mencap.
Early life and education
[edit]Kai Young attended Parmiter's School from 2018 to 2023, where he completed his GCSEs. He is currently pursuing A-levels in Computer Science, Psychology, and Physics at Parmiter's Sixth Form (2023-2025). In 2022, he obtained his First Aid certification from First Aid Schools.
Leadership and advocacy

[edit]Kai serves as the Lead of Parmiter's LGBTQ+ Society, where he organizes regular meetings, educational sessions, and social events to promote inclusivity and awareness within the school community.
Equality initiatives
[edit]As the head of Parmiter's Equalities Committee, Kai works to improve school policies on equality and inclusion, with a particular focus on reducing disproportionate treatment within the school community.
Technology initiatives
