Biography
[edit]Juno Mak debutted in 2002 with the EP On the Road, before his debut he traveled to Japan to learn to dance with the husband of Japanese singer Namie Amuro. Subsequently he was supported by his father, who used his financial clout to put together a strong production and writing team to create popular songs. In the early part of his career it was alledged that he was dependent on his father for the release his records, for publicity,[1]and that his fans were paid hirelings[2], however his record label refuted this; because he was unable to garner public acceptance Juno Mak was often jeered when on stage, [3], this placed him under great pressure leaving him depressed.[4]
