Diversified Global Holdings Group, Inc. (OTCQB:DGHG) is a publicly traded international holdings company headquartered in Orlando, FL and has offices in the United States, Russia and Germany^[1]. Headed by its Chief Executive Officer Richard Lloyd^[2], the company currently operates projects in the United States, Russia and Germany.

History

The company was founded in 2006 under the name Royal Style Design, Inc. and then later changed its name to Diversified Global Holdings Group, Inc. in 2010.

Projects

World Class Sports Complex

Located in Kazan, now the "sports capital" of Russia, the sports complex sits six stories tall with one of the largest spas in Russia. The complex also houses many restaurants, cafes, and executive suites for athletes.^[3]
