I am Jerry Von Korff, of st. Cloud, Minnesota. I'm an attorney by day; software programming is my hobby. I graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Economics, hence the beginning of my interest in commerce clause jurisprudence and its relationship to economics and economic history. I received a Masters of Arts of teaching and taught high school social studies and mathematics, hence my interest in education. I have a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and my practice focuses on state and local government. I am interested in, and have made contributions in commerce clause, eminent domain, water law, and related topics.
