I Will Break Thee is a Heavy Metal band based out of Orlando Florida. I Will Break Thee was formed in the fall of 2009 by Singer Shane Bryant, and Rhthyhm guitarist Justin Lunsford. They started working on material for what would be their 2011 debut E.P. Welcome to My Kingdom, at Screamhouse Media studios. In Janurary of 2011 I Will Break Thee began tracking drums for the Welcome to My Kingdom EP at Suede Shoes Studios in Longwood Florida with help from long time friend and engineer Jeff Ward. The band contacted Andols Herrick (formerly of Chimaira) to record drums, unknowing that Andols had already left Chimaira [1] Recording was completed with Andols in just three days. News spread quickly throughout the world and gained the band lots of attention when Blabbermouth.net reported the news.[2]
In spring 2011 I Will Break Thee welcomed Bass player Jared Golden to the group as well as Drummer Daniel Blume. Thus, completing the line up. The band shot a video for it's first single Irony of Humanity with Charlie Osceola of Blackdrink Productions, in July of 2011 and looks to release the Welcome to My Kingdom EP August 30th 2011.
