RWK (real wild kittens)

RWK is a female promotion brand, owned by Juliette Pelchat and Amalia Pelchat based out of Whistler BC.

They started in the summer of 2020 by hosting a few all girls skate event. In 2021 the demand for girl skateboarding was much higher and their business grew. The hosted Weekly Friday Ladies skate events, 4 days skate camps, weekends programs and private lessons. Their goal was to provide females with a safe environment to come and learn new skills without being intimidated.

Juliette and Amalia didn’t do this all alone they had help from Maggie Crompton, who is a lifelong RWK member.

The young girls hope to expand their brand to other sports in the near future such as snowboarding and surfing.
