Hello everyone!
I'm Juan Cano from Spain. I'm currently working on my PhD after finishing my degree on Computer Engineering (maybe Computer Science is more appropriate). I made little contributions in the past and I think that now (January 2010) is the time to start contributing a lot more to "pay" for all the knowledge I've being taking from here.
Areas of interest
[edit]Although I'm not focused on a single topic for my PhD thesis, I'm working with Complex Systems in general, and in particular self-organization and emergence, swarm intelligence and network science. My main areas of expertise are biological and social systems, but I'm still a newbie. A list of my interests can be something like:
