Renowned for his contributions to Christian devotional music, Joshy has composed and performed in numerous acclaimed albums. His notable works include "Eshoykkai," "Gloria," "Swargeeya Madyasthan," "Japamala Rakjithan Japamala," "Gagultha," "Samarppithan," "Swarloka Rani," "Thoomanjin Niramulla Thiruvosthi," "Snehathin Thaaraattu," "Osthiyai," "Baliyai," "Thiru Ninamai," and many more.

Joshy Uruliyanickal is especially celebrated for composing the first Jubilee song, "Samarpithan," created for the priestly ordination jubilee celebration, as well as the Pithruvedi Anthem for the Diocese of Mandya.
