I enjoy playing sports and being outside. I played baseball for 15 years of my life and eventually quit because I was burnt out.
I love my family which consists of my mom, Tricia, my dad, Robert, and my older sister, Emily.
I enjoy college, but at the same time, I am ready to move on with my life and get to the next step. I am also currently unemployed but I need to find a job so I plan on looking rather soon.
In the future, I plan to work on smaller articles. I'm not much on finding articles to write myself, but I would enjoy editing a few pages that are just stub articles. My particular article choices would be those of sports, and preferably baseball. To me, it is hard to find articles that have not been made yet and would be considered credible to make on Wikipedia.
I consider myself to be pretty technologically advanced. Ever since I was young, I have always wanted to learn as much as possible. When computers and internet became popular, I wanted to learn about them. My dad is an overachiever and tries to know everything about everything, and in a way, in rubbed off on me. I love to learn about things I am interested in and one of those things was computers. I used to sit on the computer and just do whatever I possibly could. I would research things and eventually just grew to the time in which I learned a lot.
People at Georgia Southern all got involved in some way.
If every few days, we had an extra break from all of the school work and could relax more often.
If classes were easier and work didn't seem to always fit together at the same time. I feel like all my tests and papers fall on the same day and/or the same week.
I feel like Wikipedia is a valuable resource for students, teachers and anyone else who has a thirst for knowledge. It could be seen as a liability due to the fact that it is written by individuals however they want to write it, but the kicker is the check system. If Wikipedia does not believe it is of good enough quality or is not cited enough, they will remove your article. You must have trusty sources and cites for each one in order to put it on Wikipedia, you can not put your own personal beliefs or knowledge on the website because it would not be seen as credible.
I speak one language, and one language only, English. I have trouble learning any type of new language. It overpowers my head and I can't comprehend and keep the different languages apart. I say a lot of different things, because I like to talk. Sometimes I make jokes, sometimes I can be serious, but I prefer to be in a light, joking mood. Don't take me serious, because I am real laid back and I don't mean a lot of things I say if it comes across as mean or rude. I like to liven up the mood by the way I talk and the way I act.
Everyday is different for me, I do the same things but approach them in different manners. I like switching things up but keeping the main idea simple and consistent.
I have a miniature schnauzer named Zeke. I think he is the coolest dog ever.
I enjoy disc golf and wish I was better at it, as well as golf. I could play everyday if I had to and I would still love them both. When I play these sports, or any sports at all, it is my escape. I can just go out and relax to get away from all the stressors that may arise in my life.
I feel that Georgia Southern is perfect for me and exemplifies a great college. There is a lot more to it than its party school title.
I am a Christian, and usually attend a Methodist Church.
I feel like I am pretty smart but I don't always apply myself. I never studied in high school, and it showed. It took me a year to adapt to the way college is and how to learn how to study and become a better student. I have gotten my sophomore year off to a better start and believe most of my grades are pretty well as of right now.
My dream is to do some sort of financial or business coordination in the Atlanta Braves organization. I would go to every single game possible and live in a suburb of Atlanta on a golf course that I was a member of so I could also play everyday. Once again, this is just my dream....not saying this will ever happen. That would be some crazy shit.
