Structure
[edit]Team 537 strives to be a very student-centric team. The mentors work as advisors and lend thier knowledge to the team, but most decisions are made by the students. One the top of the team hierarchy is the Student Team Lead that oversees the building process. The entire team votes on who this person is. Then, along with the mentors the Student Lead choses the Core Team.
