Preservation Law Digest is a weblog that provides summaries of recent court decisions in the law of preservation of open space, historic buildings and sites and farms. Preservation Law Digest focuses on reported U.S. federal and state appellate court decisions[1].

The site is popular among attorneys and non-attorneys who are interested in conservation, historic preservation or agricultural preservation easements.[2][3][4][5][6]

The blog was begun in January 2010 and thus far only reports developments from that date and thereafter. Preservation Law Digest is written by Massachusetts attorney Jonathan Bockian[7], who practices in the areas of preservation and commercial real estate. He has represented the largest regional heritage organizations in the United States since 1985.[8][9]
