Veterans for America First is a 501c4 Civil liberties Organization, non profit promoting the philosophy of Thomas Jefferson's America First Policy.
While some may also call this an isolationist policy with the GDP, Gross Domestic Product, to National Debt ratio beyond reach of the USA repaying the national debt there is merit in this policy to begin to stabilize the United States economy. This is arguably a neutralist philosophy. See the Embargo Act of 1807.
This policy goes back to the Napoleonic Wars when Thomas Jefferson first applied this strategy to keep the young country out of the wars when he implemented the 1807 Embargo.[1]
The national debt was 25 billion in 1934 has grown each year since then to 30 trillion in 2022. Thomas Jefferson reduced the national debt of the United States of America by 3.87%.[2]
