User:Joe Roe/Draftify reasons

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is a list of unusual reasons for draftifying an article I have encountered. Its purpose is to illustrate the range of interpretations patrollers have of what makes an article "unready for mainspace".

Article length

[edit]
  • "it could be a suitable article subject, but currently it lacks sufficient prose and context to be in the mainspace" [1]

Other common errors

[edit]
  • Overlooking external links when draftifying for "no sources"[2][3]
  • Overlooking genrefs when draftifying for "no sources"[4][5]
