I work in the auction industry with Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales, Ltd. in Historic Hillsborough, NC.

My intent is to populate Wikipedia articles, where appropriate, with information regarding the auction prices for specific artists, or types of works. Much of my information comes from the Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales, Ltd. website, but also from other sources such as Live Auctioneers, Ebay, Artfact, and others, when available. As such, many of my References/Citations will link back to articles residing on the website of the company for which I work, as that is the information I am most familiar with.

I believe that this type of information is genuinely useful for readers of Wikipedia articles, as it provides an additional frame of reference for the article; that of the auction value of the objects being discussed.

I hope this disclosure of "Conflict of Interest" dissuades editors from removing the information I am providing as Spam, as my intentions are to improve the quality of articles on Wikipedia. I only reference the Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales, Ltd. website when the information is unavailable elsewhere.

In addition, as we have many professionally shot fine images of various historical objects, I intend to insert those into articles when appropriate.

If you see an edit I have made to a particular article, there is a good chance we have relevant, high-quality, images available for use for that article. Please contact me if you are interested in having me add them.
