The Hospital of St John of Jerusalem was a medieval hospital and priory of the Knights Hospitaller ("Order of St John of Jerusalem") at Kilmainham, west of Dublin city in Ireland. It was the chief house of the Hospitallers in Ireland, founded in the 1170s under a charter from Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke ("Strongbow") and lasting until the dissolution of the Irish monasteries after 1537.

In 1307, the Knights Templar were suppressed and (?much of?) their land was given the the Hospitallers. Although nineteenth-century antiquarians believed that Kilmainham was among the Templar acquisitions, later research showed that its original grant was to the Hospitallers.

The prior of Kilmainham was among the prelates summoned to the Parliament of Ireland in the medieval period, until the lords spiritual were restricted to the bishops with abbots excluded.

The Royal Hospital Kilmainham (?or Kilmainham Gaol?) was built on the site of the priory. The Manor of Kilmainham included fishing rights on much of the River Liffey, and the land that later became the Phoenix Park.
