Purpose- Create a Wikipedia sandbox on your user page for draft reviews and editing.

Time - One week

Task - Now that you have created a user account with Wikipedia for the purpose of this project, it is time to add a sandbox link to your user page.

  1. View the following tutorial on creating a sandbox; create a sandbox off of your user page.
  2. Once your link is created to the sandbox page go to my sandbox page, copy and paste the contents to the top of your sandbox page. This can help to reduce problems with other Wikipedians stumbling onto your userpage and sandbox, assuming it's there for the wrong reasons.
  3. your sandbox acts as a editing site for your project. Cut and paste the contents from the article that you and your team have agreed to edit. Once you've edited the contents, adding the necessary information, or references, contact your assigned Ambassador, asking them to check your work. If approved, copy and paste the contents back onto the Team Leaders sandbox. Make sure you leave a message on the Team Leaders Talk page concerning your finished section.
