Nano - Device Laboratory The mission of the Nano-Device Laboratory (NDL) research group is theoretical and experimental investigation of the properties of inorganic / organic / hybrid nanostructures and development of novel electronic / optical / thermoelectric devices and circuits based on these nanostructures. Nanoelectronic devices under development may utilize the same operational principles as the conventional microelectronic devices or use completely new principles, based on a variety of novel phenomena that appear at thenanometer length scale. The uniqueness of the Nano-Device Laboratory (NDL) is in combination of the theoretical and experimental expertise in the same research group. NDL team members agressively carry out research all the way from the development of the theoretical concept to practical application.
