Mental health

- Limit your usage of gadgets and social media.
- Set and follow a day routine where you are comfortable.
- Find hobbies that you enjoy, such as drawing, painting, etc.
- Listen to music you like and read books that you enjoy.
- Avoid being stressed and do things that can help you focus.
- Make a journal and write anything you want, like what you are grateful for, your thoughts,etc
