Cakey Pains
[edit]Cakey Pains (Often mis-pronounced as Cakey Pangs) first came to fame During Kellogg's Nutri Grain advert.
The hit advert is set in a doctor surgery. The Doctor is faced with a patient complaining of Pain, the doctor identifies the ailment as "Cakey Pains" (not Pangs) and prescribes a Nutri Grain bar.
Unfortunately, some poor people do not grasp that it is, in fact, Cakey Pains.
