Self Introduction
[edit]I am Jiahua Yan and currently a master student. I grew up in Yuci, Shanxi Province in China and went to Beijing for my Bachelor's Degree of Science in Electronic Information Science & Technology at China Agricultural Univ. By the way, I was an actress in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony. After graduation, I came to University of Pittsburgh to pursue Master's Degree of Science in Information Science last year. Although I'm not specializing in a track, I have an interest in database and web systems design/management and will probably pursue my future work in these areas.
I met lots of nice people in Pittsburgh and I'm enjoying the life here.
