Dennis C. Hammond is a plastic surgeon in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Hammond received his Bachelor of Science in biology and his medical degree from The University of Michigan. He became board certified in plastic surgery by The American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1994. Hammond developed the SPAIR short scar technique for his patients reduces the amount of scarring and greatly improves the post-operative aesthetics of the breasts, based on the need of his own patients, and he is now world-renowned for this special one-of-a-kind technique! He speaks regularly to teach other plastic surgeons about this technique and many doctors have adopted it as their own technique.
