Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (Spanish: Asociación Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte Aéreo), more commonly known by the acronym ALTA, which refers to Asociación Latinoamericana de Transporte Aéreo (English: Latin American Air Transport Association), is an airline association. It was founded as Latin American International Air Transport Association (Spanish: Asociación Internacional de Líneas Aéreas Lationoamericanas, AITAL) by eleven Latin American flag carriers in April 1980 (1980-04) in Bogotá, Colombia.

Only airlines qualify as full members. The association was founded in April 1980 (1980-04) by eleven flag carriers,[1] of which only four are active, as of March 2012. The following is a list showing the full members of the association.[2]
