Our objective is to help people with access to federal grants, contributions, and loans for First Time Home Buyers and to create an incentive to build in a small town and help small towns exist. Our hope is to create a Build Your Own Home program similar to Capp Homes in the 60s and 70s. No money down and sweat equity as the downpayment. A step further is to have a fund of our own with received contributions to finance this Build A House Program. We say House because it takes a family to make it a Home! I am looking for younger interested people to be a part of this endeavor so it will last indefinitely. A program good for young people getting a start and those needing help on their venture of a home and good for Dakota.
