Richard M. Logsdon was a self-taught U.S. oil painter (Jan 29, 1929 - June 22, 2011). His paintings were mostly of New England landscapes with emphasis on historic barns and houses and the Maine coast. During his lifetime, he showed work at Gallery on the Green and Gallery 2 in Woodstock, Vt. and the Koka Art Gallery in Carthage, Mo. He was also featured in exhibitions at the George A. Spiva Center for the Arts in Joplin, MO.
