Melvin Mathew /mɛlvən mætɧu/(born 9 July 1991) [1] is an Indo-English naturalist, philosopher, social activist, new age prophet, engineer and a visionary. He is best known for his writings and teachings which has roots in philosophy, mathematics, history which expresses vast influences from Ancient Roman History, Egyptology, Vedic Philosophy and Greek Mythology.
In 2012 he was named among the 100 Greatest philosophers of the post Victorian era by the Cambridge Society of History and Philosophy [2].
Early life and family
Melvin was born in Thiruvala, Kerala, India, but he grew up in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, West Africa and migrated to England in early 2000 after the political uprising in Thiruvala [3]. In England he successfully completed his primary education ranking amongst the highest in the country at the time. This granted him entry into the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the highly acclaimed University of Portsmouth where he completed his undergraduate education and conducted extensive research in the field of Oil Extraction using complex computational algorithm based modelling [4].
