Born in Lake Charles, LA on August 16, 1961.

Family: Married to the former Brenda Napier of Wayne, WV in 1984. Adult children; Jordan (Daniel) Spoor, Clayton (Erin) Maddox. Grandchildren; Reagan, Mac, Annie and Sam Spoor / Leland and Myra Maddox. Son of James and Patricia (Pam) Maddox. Brothers; Greg (Libby), Mark, Michael (LeghAnn), Scott (Chaundra) Maddox. Ten nieces and nephews. In-Laws; Herb and Sally Napier, Ric and Beverly Browning.

Education: Buffalo of Wayne County, WV Schools, Marshall University and WVU Graduate of Realtor Institute.

Profession: Real Estate Broker in WV, KY and OH. Licences since 1999, Broker since 2002 / owner operator of Great American Realty. 2021 President of the WV Association of Realtors. 2021 Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. Two time President of the Huntington Board of Realtors. HBOR, Realtor of the Year.

Favorite Sports Teams: Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds, Marshall University Football and Basketball, any team his Grandchildren participate on.

Favorite use of time: Family Fun, Life on the Farm, Travel with Wife ( Brenda) and family.

Faith: In Abundance, Born again Christian.

Political Involvement: Elected to the Wayne County, WV Commission in 2018 to a six year term. President of the Wayne County Health Department Board of Directors. Former member of the Wayne County Board of Education, 96'-99'.

Philosophies: 1)God will exalt the Humble and Humble those that exalt themselves. (2)Judge not, let thine own selves be judged. (3) Find the good in all people, even when they can't find it themselves.
