1.Open VLC software

2.Click on Media menu option

3.A menu will appear, then select Conver/Save option

4.A new windows wizard will pop up

5.Click on Network tab

6.Past in the URL of that video you want to download

7.And click Convert button to proceed to process

8.And choose the Profile -- video file format

9. And select the destination where the download will be drop

10. Finally, the download will begin
