Saxe Froshaug (December 13, 1867- October 1, 1916 uncertain) was a Minnesota District 56 [1] Senator from 1911- 1914. Froshaug was born in Trogstad, Norway but settled in Minnesota with his father Johan Olsen Froshaug (John Froshaug in the United States) and his mother Caroline Hansdatter. Saxe Froshaug earned a Medical Degree in 1895 and was a practicing Physician in Swift County, Minnesota.
