Bleeping Computer (abbreviated as BC) is an Internet forum and computer user community founded by Lawrence Abrams in 2004[1]. It is also a resource site for answering computer security and technical questions. As a free site, services are like many other forums, including malware and rootkit cleanup of infected computers and removal instructions on rogue anti-spyware programs.[2] The site has been featured in the Microsoft Expert Zone Community[3] and several computer magazines, as well as many other computer resource sites. Bleeping Computer, as of early 2008, has more than 240,000 members, currently contains over 1.1 million member posts, and its Tutorial Section has received over 15 million page views.
