For over a decade, the award winning Nuevo Flamenco and World Music live band known as CADAQUES has enjoyed consistent artistic and commercial success by grafting elements of Rock, R&B, and Pop to their unwavering Jazz Fusion foundations. In the course of three recordings the group has continued to explore the limitless dimensions and permutations of jazz while at the same time appealing to broad mainstream audience.

Having placed in the Austin Music Awards for years, 2006 saw CADAQUES voted "Best World Music Band" by the Austin Chronicle Readers Poll. Taking top honors for "Best World Music Band" as well as placing prominently in the "Best Instrumental Band" , "Best Jazz Band" , "Best Latin Contemporary", and "Best Latin Traditional" categories.
