Jayasri Rachakonda is an Advocate and Indian film actress who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry. While practicing as an Advocate in the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana, she received many offers for film roles, and made her acting debut in Prashanth Varma's Awe (2018) Telugu film. Since then, she has primarily appeared in various short films, Ad films and prominent Telugu films such as Raj R's Mallesham (2019) and V.N. Aditya's Valliddari Madhya (2020). Her role as the Prime Minister in Chadarangam web series (2020) and the role of a wife in Extended Warranty short film (2019) have brought her many rave reviews.

Born on 12th October in a Telugu family, Jayasri was born and brought up in FCI Ramagundam, Telangana. Jayasri did her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya FCI Ramangundam School. She was a National player who actively participated in sports during her high school years, mostly in Athletics (Discuss throw, Javelin Throw, Shot put, 100m race, 200m race, Relay Race), Volleyball and Kabaddi. Jayasri was also an active participant in Cultural activities and was the key player in her high school's Dramatics club making her a popular figure.

Personal Life and Family:
Jayasri got married right after high school and had her only child at the age of 18 years. Although she took a break of 7 years, she jumped back into action and completed her graduation in BROU. She then went on to do her post-graduation in Law (LL.B, LL.M, PGDIPR) in Osmania University and practiced for many years in the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana. Her passion for acting was what brought her back to became a full-time actor in 2018. Coincidentally, Jayasri's sibling Raj R made his directorial debut with Mallesham in 2019.
