Business Career

[edit]

After graduating from the University of Essex in England in 1986, Marwaha worked at AT&T where he developed and conducted an industry benchmarking and best practices study and research involving financial benefits of customer loyalty improvements with more than 50 national and international corporations. After AT&T he worked for TARP in Arlington, VA, then for Accenture as an Associate Partner. He next founded Viant Corporation in 1997 in Houston, TX before moving to New York City, NY to work for American Express. After spending 2 years at AMEX, Marwaha moved to Washington D.C. after 9/11 to found a business with the goal of helping to protect the nation.

Absolute Business Solutions, Corp. (ABSc)

[edit]

Marwaha established ABSc while he was working to get his MBA at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Chicago, IL. Marwaha knew he wanted to make a difference to secure the nation after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. ABSc has several contracts with intelligence agencies, DoD and many commercial sector organizations to develop strategic plans and customer driven strategic investments. Marwaha lead ABSc for 10 years and founded ABSi, a data analytics company with work in the Federal sector. After leading ABSc and ABSi for 10 years, Marwaha decided to use ABSi's advanced data analytics technology in the commercial sector. ABSi went through a rebranding at the end of 2013 and became SYNTASA. Marwaha left ABSc to a legacy management team to solely work as President and CEO of SYNTASA.[1]

SYNTASA

[edit]

Marwaha created SYNTASA, inspired by the evolving technology environment and exciting start-up culture. He has lead the company into the commercial sector, specifically in eCommerce, helping online retailers identify site visitors to sell to them better. Marwaha believed online retail companies, especially digital marketers within those companies, could drastically increase revenue and improve processes by focusing on first party data, specifically behavioral data.[2] Marwaha held onto his original motivation to found ABSc, keeping SYNTASA's work in the federal sector, utilizing analytics to identify fraud and increase cyber security.
