Sikhism is a minority religion in the Caribbean which is estimated to be less than 0.1% of the total regions population.

While the Sikh community in the Caribbean has been established since the early 19th century, its growth in South America has been relatively modest compared to the broader Sikh diaspora in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania.

Current estimates suggest a population of around 300 Sikhs in Trinidad and Tobago, 200 in Cayman Islands and 100 in Panama, indicating a stable but small presence in the region. The Sikh community peaked in 1864, where there was estimated to be 170,000 in the Caribbean, 160,000 of those living in Republic of New Granada. [1] (need to verify this)
