Hi. I live in a motorhome, with my husband and dog. I have been a full-time van dweller since I retired from work in 2018. My husband and I live in England. We were living mainly in Europe and Scandinavia, but now we have Brexit, it means that we can only stay for three months at a time in the Schengen Zone, which is hugely disappointing. Before Brexit, we were in Norway for five months, living off-grid in our van, and we spent lock-down on a motorhome car park in Germany.

My retirement passion is writing - and I am writing the biography of Irene Mawer. I am trained in her method of mime, and as there isn’t already a biography about her, I thought I had better write it! I don’t want her to be lost to history, so I am doing all in my power to ensure that she is not forgotten about.
