Caroline Wennergren, artist and singer was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, September 21st 1985. She now lives at Mölnlycke, a small village just outside Gothenburg on the Swedish west coast. She has been singing since she was 16. She made her TV-debut in the Swedish main channel TV4. She sang the Ella Fitzgerald-song A Tisket a Tasket and was signed to an indie recording company. There she made a couple of singles and her first album Bossa Nova.
In 2005 she participated in the Swedish contest for the Eurovision Song Contest. She performed in the contest with the song A Different Kind of Love (by Joacim Dubbelman and Martin Landh).
She has performed in several musical shows in Sweden and has been touring with companies and orchestras. Beside her work as a singer, she has also studied voice, movement and dancing.
Caroline Wennergren is now signed to Lionheart Music Group (Universal Music) in Stockholm and their management / booking company MLP.
