Bohuslav Niederle (born March 28, 1907, Kladno, died May 12, 2000) was a Czech surgeon
Life
[edit]Bohuslav graduated in 1931 in Prague, from the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University, and in 1966 became a professor. After his studies in 1935, he joined forces with Arnold Jirásek, where he later became an assistant. In 1945, he became the Head of the Surgical Department for the Municipal Hospital in Prague-Motol, where he worked until 1974. In 1999 he was appointed Knight of Medicine in Czech Republic.[1]
