James M Plasse is a financial executive having 26 years of financial management, administrative and controllership experience within diverse manufacturing industries. He utilizes keen analysis, insights and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and in the implementation of best practices.[dubious – discuss] James Plasse also possesses superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues.[citation needed] These skills were learned from the day in the life and from his college experiences.[citation needed] Plasse attended Westfield State University graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in accounting and finance. While at Westfield State, he worked part time to support his educational expenses and secure some solid business relationships with key business owners and executives while employed making deliveries. He received his MBA at Western New England University in 2009.[citation needed]
While at WNU, Plasse was recognized for his high scholastic achievement and inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for collegiate schools of business.{cn}} James believes that the benefit of continuing education such as earning an MBA is critical to advancing a professional career. You[who?] can truly gain several benefits in pursuing an MBA degree not only for your personal development but for your professional career as well. However, there are many less tangible gains to be had as a degree holder when you take into consideration the importance of having the ability to “speak business speak” and thrive in the business culture. Indeed, much of what you’ll get out of an MBA degree program depends upon your expectations of what you’ll gain from being a degree holder.[citation needed]
