Thanks for uploading Image:Mpi-cbg.gif. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Hello. I'm currently using Image:Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin.jpg in List of female Nobel laureates, and the reviewers at its FLC nomination have informed me that the image is not permissible for use unless the uploader forwards the permission received to use the image to OTRS, so they can tag the image. If you could do this, I would greatly appreciate it. In the meantime, I cannot use the image as it stands per the FLC. Regards, — sephiroth bcr (converse) 22:01, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

Cool. Now, could you send the original email to the OTRS? Instructions are here. — sephiroth bcr (converse) 17:45, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

figure doesnt match article?

[edit]

I am an admirer of your beautiful figures. However, the one in blood sugar has been questioned on the talk:blood sugar page. The overally glucose peaks seem too high for too long. Does the graph match the original 1998 Daly Am J Nutrition article? If so, was their graph idealized or derived from actual continuous monitoring data, and did you copy it accurately? Thanks alteripse (talk) 11:10, 12 August 2009 (UTC)

I will answer where the discussion originated Talk:Blood_sugar#inconsistency_between_chart_given_and_text_in_Normal_Values_section. Best, --— J.S.talk 13:46, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
