Bob the Chair is a chair with a small peice of paper taped to it, the paper has bob writen on it. "bob" has appeared at otafest 2009 and otafest lite. otafest and its subsequent otafest lite are anime conventions held in Calgary, Canada. the chair has appeared in the scene competition and in between entrys has caused riots between audience members wishing to sit on the chair. at otafest 2009 the riot evevated to such an extent, that the host had to wrap the show up early, and have audience members leave before giving out prizes at the end of the show in order to remove the chair.
