Bronte Carmichael is a British actor who starred alongside Ewan McGregor and Hayley Atwell as Madeline Robin in Disney’s Christopher Robin directed by Marc Forster (2018).[1] [2] [3] She plays Chloe Morrell in On Chesil Beach (2017) based on the Ian McEwan novel of the same name [4]. She plays Martha, one of Varys’s spies in Game of Thrones Season 8 (2019) [5]. She played Skye D' Branin in George R.R Martin’s sci-fi horror series Nightflyers (Syfy/Netflix 2018) and Laura Marlin in The Laura Marlin Mysteries TV movie based on the children’s novels by Lauren St John [6]. She plays Spiria in Raised by Wolves (2020) directed by Ridley Scott [7]. Carmichael’s first feature film appearance was in the Oscar winning war drama Darkest Hour (2017) directed by Joe Wright [8].
Carmichael voices the title role Robin in Robin Robin, an Aardman Animations Christmas special film released on Netflix (November 2021)[9] [10].
She was nominated for best supporting actress in Hollywood 40th Young Artists awards (2019) for her role in Christopher Robin. [11] [12]
