Texas Estates Code
[edit]The Texas Estates Code is the statutory law enacted by the Texas state legislature that regulates estates, wills and will administration, and guardianships in the state of Texas.[1] These provisions were originally codified in the Texas Probate Code, which the Estates Code replaced in January of 2014 as part of the ongoing revision process begun in 1963. [2]
