I'm Jackson Hamilton, a double major in political science and history at the College of Charleston and I am a native born and lifelong Charlestonian. My full name is William Jackson Hamilton IV, a name that sounds aristocratic and, indeed, aristocracy is the career which I have elected to pursue. This is a public page so if the current Duke of Hamilton wants to make me an earl, I will gladly accept and if he wants to knight me, I'll take that too but only if the ceremony is in full medieval cosplay. After which, of course, I must be betrothed to the fairest maiden in all Scotland, be given a castle, and be magically assured that I live happily ever after. I mostly edit Wikipedia to add Oxford comas when I see them missing in lists so if you're on the pro-OC side of the war, you're welcome. We need people in this epic and noble struggle for the soul of the English language. I am proud that I have gone into the field and done battle, so valiantly, with the heathen scourge of the anti-OC people by editing their sentences.I also do regular edits when I know something about a topic, generally in history of which I have a wealth of knowledge.
