I'm professor at Télé-université, part of Université du Québec network (Canada). I hold a Ph. D. in physics (optics and lasers), but I consider myself more of a generalist. After my Ph. D., I have conducted research in two different domains: use of information technology (mainly simulation) in science education, and intellectual property in universities, with an emphasis on open access.
