J.A.Kay is a new Scottish Author who was born in 1960. He attended Greenwood Academy in Dreghorn Ayrshire Scotland where he was taught English by the Scottish Author William McIlvanney. The most notable pupils from this school are Eddie Reader the singer songwriter, actress Julie Graham and the current First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon.
