Per this database query, here is a count of how many pages on Wikipedia have different numbers of slashes in their titles. Obviously, a few slashes is normal (this page has one, User:JPxG/Oracle/2021 has two, et cetera).

However, when you get into larger numbers, it becomes evident that there are tons of glitched pages. To show you what I mean, this query shows all pages that have more than 32 slashes in their titles. These are all stuff like User:ClueBot III/Detailed Indices/User:JuventiniFan/Sandbox/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1/Archives/1, or User talk:Takamaxa/Archives/2011/January/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/April/Archives/2012/May/Archives/2012/May (which is literally an empty page).

That said, some of these archives actually have content in them. For example, User talk:Buster40004/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3/Archives/ 3 has a bunch of talk page discussions on it. Of course, this is a ridiculous glitched-out title for a page, but I don't think it should be deleted on that basis. However, there are a bunch of these pages with no content, that were created solely because an archiving bot went apeshit at some point.

Based on this, I think there are a few different approaches that can be taken. This query shows all pages that have 10 or more slashes in their titles (1,305 total) sorted by page length. A bunch of them are zero bytes (completely empty pages). Many more are only a few bytes (User talk:Astroketh/Archives/2019/November/Archives/2020/February/Archives/2020/May/Archives/2020/August/Archives/2020/November, 15 bytes, consists solely of {{Talkarchive}}).

I believe that all of the pages that are precisely 202 bytes are blank ClueBot indices. User:ClueBot_III/Detailed_Indices/User_talk:HighKing/Archives/2013/March/Archives/2013/October/Archives/2013/November/Archives/2013/November/Archives/2013/November/Archives/2013/December/Archives/2013/December/Archives/2013/December, for example, has a dummy table with no content in it. This query shows all ClueBot indices that are blank and have more than seven slashes in the path (282 in total). With a couple dozen exceptions, all of these seem to be totally erroneous glitch pages.

As a minor curiosity, User:ClueBot_III/Indices/User:Bishalbaishya2012/Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives/ has the most slashes of any title on en.wp (44). Its sole content is a link to User:Bishalbaishya2012/Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives//Archives/, deleted in 2017 as a non-controversial CSD.
