- Head of State: The Brain
- Secretary of State: The Conscience or the Soul (sometimes referred to as being above the Head of State)
- Spokesperson: The Mouth
- Department of Intelligence: The Eyes (2), the Ears (2)
- Department of Food: The Stomach
- Other Minor Departments: Other Minor Members
- Arbitrator: The Anus
